St. Lucia – Elevate (Dream Fiend remix)
This weeks TBT comes winging it’s way over from America with a detour down under. We’re not sure how many of you will have heard of Brooklyn artist St Lucia. ‘Elevate’ is a couple of years old now; it’s one of those tracks that is a bit genre-less. It’s electronic & poppy, but has a very nu wave theme as well.
I have to admit, Australian producer Dream Fiend hasn’t done much to the record but add a pulsing, live-sounding drum track – but it really works!
