Loud Luxury – Old Man

The story is Loud Luxury stumbled across a Nina Simone documentary on Netflix, heard ‘Sinnerman’ and turned it into what is now ‘Old Man’. Adele – Hello (Anevo Remix)

‘Hello’ didn’t immediately strike me as an amazing record, but then again we aren’t really Adele’s target audience! According to Facebook, Mura Masa is an 18 year old producer – all we can say is we’re very impressed. It’s always nice to hear something a bit different, and this is exactly that.

Sigma – Higher (feat. Labrinth)

Sigma have their drum-and-bass meets pop concoction down to a tee with this latest collaboration with Labrinth. Though perhaps ‘Higher’ isn’t quite a catchy as ‘Nobody to Love’ and ‘Changing’, this latest release hints of a more formulaic direction for the UK based duo. You can expect to be hearing this everywhere in mere weeks.
